This 15-30 minute call is an opportunity to discuss your vision, scope, and budget. If required, we'll schedule an on-site consultation to dive deeper into your project.

One of our experts will visit your home to evaluate the site conditions and ensure our design and estimate align with your needs. You can expect:

• Site Assessment & Measurements: Our expert will evaluate your outdoor space, take precise measurements, and note any challenges or unique opportunities.
• Professional Recommendations: We'll offer insights and ideas based on our experience to maximize the beauty, functionality, and value of your space.
• Photos for Design & Planning: We'll capture images of your property to assist in creating an accurate and visually appealing design.

Your Client Consultant will collaborate with our design team to create a detailed design and estimate. For smaller projects we'll prepare an estimate within one week and schedule a quick call to review it. For larger projects we'll schedule a Design Consultation with you at our showroom, typically within two weeks of your onsite consultation. This timeline can depend on the season and the complexity of your project.

With stunning, high-definition detail, you'll have a complete picture of your finished outdoor space before construction begins. This is when we take the time to align every detail with your vision, preferences, and budget. During your showroom visit, you'll:

• See Your Design Come to Life: Review our detailed design renderings and visualize how your space will look and function.
• Explore Materials & Finishes: Get hands-on with material samples, colors, and finishes to make selections that best suit your style.
• Review and Refine Your Plan: Request adjustments or enhancements to your design.
• Review Our Transparent Pricing: Let us walk you through your estimate to provide a clear understanding of the costs. Any changes you request will be reviewed and reflected in an updated estimate.
• Understand the Project Timeline & Next Steps: We'll outline the expected timeline and finalize details so you know exactly what to expect moving forward.

Based on your feedback, we'll make any necessary design adjustments and outline the updated pricing. In our next meeting, you'll have the opportunity to approve the final design, sign the agreement, and provide a 25 percent deposit. We'll discuss permits, scheduling, and other next steps.

Before work begins, our schedule coordinator will confirm the project details and timeline and collect the next 25 percent payment. The crew will arrive on-site, led by a Project Manager who will serve as your main point of contact and will provide weekly updates on our progress.

When construction is complete, your Project Manager will conduct a thorough walkthrough with you to ensure every detail meets your expectations. This is also when we collect the final payment and discuss any applicable warranties. A few months after your space is completed, we'll follow up to make sure you're still thrilled with your outdoor space.
